The Finance Officer is responsible for paying claims, payroll, and assisting the superintendent in preparing and implementing the division budget. Employee benefits are also handled in the finance department.

Finace Staff

Tina Cropp and Jane Clatterbuck work hard to provide assistance to all stakeholders inside and outside the school system. Ms. Cropp has been with Madison Schools since July 1999. Mrs. Clatterbuck started in December 2009 and is an invaluable asset. Their goals for the year are the following:

1. Increase employee participation in supplementary retirement plans

2. Provide prompt answers to employee questions

3. Last but not least, support the Hokies!!
